His work has consistently focused on the intersection of operational execution and risk management—building the systems, processes, and accountability structures that allow organizations to grow without accumulating hidden exposure. He has worked directly with executive leadership, frontline operations, regulators, insurers, and employees, giving him a practical perspective on how strategies and policies actually perform in the field.
